Michael joined the team in 2012. He is also Managing Director of Publicis Ventures based in the USA, where he leverages his experience within the startup community to spur innovation within the Publicis Groupe agencies.
He is an industry expert in advertising technology, marketing technology, data analytics and consumer platforms and thus represents Publicis Groupe as an advisor to the New York City Media Lab.
As venture partner, Michael is helping Iris Capital by referring investment opportunities, sitting on the board of some US portfolio’s companies and contributing to the portfolio companies’ development in USA.
He has spent his entire career as a digital intrapreneur within large organizations - building profitable businesses, creating ground breaking marketing programs and identifying disruptive startups with staying power. Earlier in his career, he was Director of Global Emerging Technology and New Media at General Motors for nearly a decade, which made him an expert in working with agencies, startups and large enterprises.
Michael has a BA in economics from the University of Michigan (USA) and an MBA from Ellis College at the New York Institute of Technology (USA).
