Processing of personal data

Iris Capital Management offers Website users the opportunity to be informed of the latest news of Iris Capital Management by subscribing to its information newsletter. Iris Capital Management collects and processes, in its capacity of data controller, personal data of Website users in accordance with the consent they have given for the exclusive purpose of the management of the subscription to Iris Capital Management's newsletter.

Iris Capital Management stores the personal data of users who have subscribed to the newsletter until their possible cancellation of subscription.

Users have a right of access, rectification, erasure of data, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, data portability, as well as the right to object to the processing of their data. Iris Capital Management SAS is a portfolio management company approved by the AMF under the number GP01050. It also has AIFM accreditation, under Directive 2011/61/EU (known as the AIFM Directive).

Voting rights policy

Iris Capital Management has a voting policy that sets out the conditions under which it exercises the voting rights attached to the securities held by the entities it manages.

Complaint procedure policy

Iris Capital Management has implemented a procedure to respond to client complaints.

What is a client complaint?
A complaint is a declaration expressing a client’s dissatisfaction with respect to the management company.
A request for information, advice, clarification, service or task is not a complaint.

Complaint processing:
You can send a complaint to the Company, by e-mail to your regular contact in the company, or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

Your complaint will be treated by the operational managers or, if necessary, by the General Management. The compliance and internal control officer (RCCI - "responsable de la conformité et du contrôle interne") may assist in the response validation process to ensure that the response complies with the regulations in force.

Complaint processing time frame
• a maximum of ten working days as from the receipt of the complaint, to acknowledge receipt, unless the reply itself is given to the client within that period;
• a maximum of two months between the date of receipt of the complaint and the date on which the reply is sent to the client, except in duly justified circumstances.

Complaint processing by the management company is free of charge, you will not incur any specific costs (administrative, research or other costs...) related to the complaint processing.
